OLD NEWS
I'm showing at the Isabella Egan Gallery. A group show of nine artists running from March 14 - April 25, 2008, it marks the launch of Vancouver's most recent (and sure to be the best!) contemporary gallery on the scene.

Horizons + Intersections III exhibition from February 1-14, 2008 at the East 3rd Gallery (1898 Main St). A projected video loop (sound by Don Pyle) will be showing (10' x 16') accompanied by still photography.

Geist Magazine #66, an exceptional magazine and often a potent read so I'm pleased to have my photo as this issue's cover image. Photographed at Toronto's YYZ, it's part of an ongoing series. http://www.geist.com/

My first foray into Polaroid photography is posted at The Quiet Life Camera Club (#50). I preferred the negative it produced rather than the original print. http://www.thequietlife.com/camera_club/

Issue #47 of subTerrain Magazine, another must-read for those who like their written-word with a bite. This issue features my cover photo, some manic doodling and the cover design as well. http://www.anvilpress.com/

The Vancouver Review #14 printed Frame 343 from Horizons + Intersections III as part of their art centrefold in the summer 2007 issue. http://www.vancouverreview.com/

Horizons + Intersections III gears up for its debut in Toronto at the Bau-Xi from May 5-19 as part of the Contact Photography Festival. In addition to my photos and video projection, included will be paintings and drawings by Val Nelson, sound by Don Pyle and an in-depth essay written by Aron Vinegar. Horizons + Intersections III has opened up an interpretive response I'd only dreamed of capturing. http://www.bau-xi.com/

I have a number of photographs exhibiting in a Portland group show, Artist Auditions: Phase III opening at the Brian Marki Gallery. Artist reception is this Friday, January 5th from 5-9pm at the gallery. Some nice folks down there in Portland, with a cool art scene worth checking out. http://www.brianmarki.com/
